- Credit Card: A Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) is required to hold your reservation.
- Age Limit: Must be 24 years or older to rent a snowmobile or ATV, drivers 16 years and older must have a valid driver's license.
- Rider Responsibility: Snowmobiling and ATV Riding is an adventure sport and involves risks on the part of the participant. We cannot be responsible for personal injury or lost or damaged articles. We require that you acknowledge these risks by reading and signing a liability release prior to departure. All riders must have a signed liability release form prior to renting a machine. If machines are used on state and federal lands renters are responsible for all state, federal use fees and are required to know and abide by all state, federal and private property guidelines and regulations.
- Damages: Renter is responsible for all damages to the snowmobile or ATV. All riders must sign a rental agreement prior to renting a machine. An Optional Protection Package is offered that will limit your liability.
- Safety Talk: All renters must listen to a safety talk before departure.
- Late Fees: Late fees will be charged for snowmobiles or ATV's not returned by the agreed upon time for any reason.
- Cancellation policy: 100% cancellation fee inside of 48 hours prior to reservation time. The adventure continues in snow, rain, or shine. There are no cancellations due to inclement weather. Come dressed and prepared for the elements.
