Requirements for All Rentals:

• Credit Card:  A Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) is required to hold your reservation.
• Age Limit:  Must be 24 years or older to rent a snowmobile or ATV, drivers 16 years and older must have a valid driver's license.
• Rider Responsibility:  Snowmobiling and ATV Riding is an adventure sport and involves risks on the part of the participant.  We cannot be responsible for personal injury or lost or damaged articles.  We require that you acknowledge these risks by reading and signing a liability release prior to departure.  All riders must have a signed liability release form prior to renting a machine.  If machines are used on state and federal lands renters are responsible for all state, federal use fees and are required to know and abide by all state, federal and private property guidelines and regulations. 
• Damages:  Renter is responsible for all damages to the snowmobile or ATV.  All riders must sign a damage agreement prior to renting a machine.  Renter is responsible for all repair or replacement cost to any damaged items as listed on the repair schedule.
• Safety Talk:  All renters must listen to a safety talk before departure. 
• Late Fees:  Late fees will be charged for snowmobiles or ATV's not returned by the agreed upon time for any reason.
• Cancellation policy:  100% cancellation fee inside of 48 hours prior to reservation time
